Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY
Some products at Beltamelts may need prepping/ made to order so orders will be dispatched as soon as possible. Estimated shipping times are 3-5 business days, however if this time is affected in any way you will be notified if necessary.
Custom orders may take a little longer, so we will aim to dispatch these within 1-2 weeks max.
Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail, therefore we cannot be held responsible for delays on their behalf.
Return & Exchange Policy
If there has been an issue with your order, we aim to resolve this as soon as possible. Please contact Beltamelts@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and return items within 14 days of initial delivery so products can be tested if necessary. After this time frame a refund or return will not be offered*. Items must be returned to us the way they were received, and any items not returned in this way could result in only a partial refund or no refund at all. Delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
*Please note that refunds cannot be accepted for scents that are disliked. Samples are available to avoid disappointment, as not every scent will agree with each individual.
Exchanges will not be accepted.
